This form is to register your player for tryouts in Paris. You must be registered in your home association to attend tryouts. Please review the information on Tryouts 2023-2024, including the Equal Access information, before completing the form.
You must complete a form for each player attending tryouts.
The Southern Region Provincial Expectations Form needs to be completed and signed by the player and the parent/Guardian prior to stepping on first tryout ice for all Associations. These forms can be email to admin@parisringette.com or a hard copy must be handed in before tryouts.
